Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026.
EchoLegacy Media is operated by Adepoco, a California corporation. This policy explains what happens to information when you use echolegacymedia.com. Write to contact@adepoco.com with any question.
Who we are
The site is a public catalog of original games, storyworlds, and written works. The operator is Adepoco, a California corporation. The contact for privacy requests is contact@adepoco.com.
Information you send us
The signal form does not create an account, and this website does not store the address you type. Submitting the form opens your email program with a message addressed to contact@adepoco.com. If you send that message, Adepoco receives it as ordinary email.
We use that address only to reply and to send infrequent notes about studio development. Email contact@adepoco.com if you want those notes to stop, and we will delete the address from our correspondence list.
Information collected automatically
The site is hosted by a third party. Hosting systems may record standard connection data, including IP address, browser type, and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
The host may also include an analytics script or a tracking pixel. This site holds those requests until the browser is idle after the page has loaded, so they are not part of the first render. The script may record performance measurements and a session identifier in local storage or a cookie so the host can understand aggregate traffic.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep information
Email you send us is kept only as long as we need it to correspond with you or to meet a legal duty. Host logs and analytics follow the host's retention schedule.
Your choices
Email contact@adepoco.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. California residents can make these requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will not discriminate against you for asking.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child sent us personal information, email contact@adepoco.com and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version at this address. The effective date above changes when we do.
