These terms govern use of echolegacymedia.com. The site is operated by Adepoco, a California corporation. Using the site means you agree to these terms. Questions go to contact@adepoco.com.
The archive
The site describes original works that are still in development. Stage labels, milestones, and transmission notes describe current intent. They are not a promise that a game, book, or other work will be released, or that it will be released on any particular date.
Intellectual property
Concepts, names, marks, text, and images on the site are owned by Adepoco or its licensors. You may view the site for personal, noncommercial use. Viewing it does not grant a license to the underlying works. You may not copy the materials for commercial use, republish them, or present them as your own without written permission from Adepoco.
The signal list
Submitting the signal form opens an email to contact@adepoco.com. Sending that email is a request to hear from the studio. It does not create a contract to deliver a product, a prototype, or messages on a schedule.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with it, attempt to break it, or use it to send unlawful content. Adepoco may refuse a signal request or stop corresponding with anyone who does.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Adepoco disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Adepoco is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the site. Adepoco's total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
The laws of the State of California govern these terms, without regard to conflict of law rules. Contact contact@adepoco.com about them.
Changes
Adepoco may update these terms by posting a new version at this address. The effective date above changes when that happens. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.
